I was chatting with Sam Marshall at ClearBox Consulting about Kaizala, the new Microsoft app that’s due to rival WhatsApp, as we were a taken a little by surprise by it. He asked me to write a blog piece about it to help anyone else who might be confused too! Well, I couldn’t contain it to one piece, so there will be two in total.
